Maxine Waller’s Herbie aka Lilnrose I’m a Lovebug, at City of Cambridge last weekend, was awarded BOB and went on to Toy Group 2 under Judge Julie Hockold.
Well done everyone!
Do you have a papillon that hates taking pills? I have found, and used, a great little pill crusher purchased at a show from Dorwest Herbs. It only cost a couple of pounds and works really well. Pop in the pill and screw down the top a few times, just mix the powdered pill in with food.
If giving prescribed medication do check with your vet that crushing is ok as some pills are meant to be kept whole. Other brands are available!
A warm welcome to the UK dog show scene to Nina Rajala. Nina went to her first shows in the UK with her papillons on Saturday, the South of England Papillon Club Open Show and Sunday, Portsmouth and Southsea Open Show. Hope you enjoy your first time at a Crufts next month.
Owned by Rosemarie Hobson, Papretty for Ever and Ever at Rosejon passed his Bronze Good Citizen award in September. He is will soon be taking his Silver. Good luck Barney.
